Introductory Call - Coaching Readiness & Fit  (Complementary)

This 15-minute conversation helps you determine if coaching is right for you.

Initial Consultation- Coaching Plan Development  

In this initial personal consultation, typically 60-90 minutes, Stephanie will learn more about you, your goals and challenges.  She will begin to discuss what your unique coaching plan would look like and together you will develop a timeline and support plan. After your session is completed, Stephanie will summarize your coaching plan in ane-mail based on your input. This initial consultation also includes two follow-up emails after you receive your coaching plan summary.

Customized Coaching Program - Sustainable Change  

This three-month best practice program is for someone who has completed the initial coaching consultation and is ready to make positive health changes.  If you know you are ready to make a positive change in your life and are ready to commit to yourself and your health, but need some guidance, support, accountability and motivation, then this sustainable change program is for you.   This program includes…

  • Two 55-minute individual coaching sessions per month
  • Weekday email support between sessions 
  • Actionable tips that build from session to session to help you build sustainable behaviors and habits
  • Support to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes 
  • Our coach’s personal commitment to your health and success

Coaching On Demand - Single Sessions  

After an initial consultation, Stephanie will meet with you for 55 minutes to discuss what you need in regard to achieving your healthy living vision.  During your time together, you may focus on your values, goals and action steps needed.  Positive motivation and accountability will be an integral part of these individual sessions. Single sessions include weekly email check-ins for the duration of your coaching.

Coaching Follow-Up - Single Sessions 

These 30-minute sessions are used to discuss your progress (& obstacles) vs. your goal and any adjustments needed to stay the course.  If you and your coach decide more time is necessary due to recent changes, then a 55-minute session will be scheduled.  Follow-ups include weekly email check-ins for the duration of coaching.
