Upon discovering that yoga was such a powerful tool for combatting stress and feeling healthy inside-out (as well as an amazing hobby/workout), Caroline became yoga teacher certified in 2010 through CorePower Yoga, and then continued on to become a Yoga Therapy Practitioner through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Caroline’s yoga education evolved to include Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher training for children and families and Amala School of Prenatal Yoga teaching training for fertility + pregnancy. At True, Caroline teaches prenatal yoga classes, Mommy+Me classes, and birthday parties. Outside of True, Caroline enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and dog!

Colleen found yoga in her twenties looking for a supplement to distance running and dance but quickly realized that the benefits of yoga far surpassed anything that any other fitness regimen ever delivered. Yoga is a vehicle for much more than the physical body, it improves the whole person. Colleen’s main focus in teaching yoga is to pass on the gifts that yoga has blessed her life with to others. Yoga is for every person, regardless of age or ability and meets each individual where they are. Graduate of Nature Yoga Sanctuary 200 hour teacher training June 2013 under the leadership of Mark Lerro and Paul Weitz.
Leorah Eisenberg is a NASM certified CPT and certified PN L1 Nutrition Coach. She is a mom of 3~with two boys 11,14, and a 16 year old daughter. They inspire her daily to be strong and healthy. Her passion in fitness has always been boxing. Leorah have been training for the last 7 years in boxing technique and skills and most recently been training under the guidance & coaching of a Master trainer and Pro MMA Fighter.
Leorah believes that inspiring young girls and teens in fitness ~ especially through boxing is empowering and impactful and can teach so many more lessons in life than just what a jab & cross are. Strengthening girls and building confidence from the inside out is so important and dear to her heart.
Melissa became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2016 and she has absolutely fallen in love with teaching yoga! Melissa offers an athletic power-flow class with creative sequencing, fun music, and an emphasis on strong and safe yoga practices. While her classes deliver a challenging physical experience, they also create a positive space to quiet the mind and calm the breathe. Melissa's yoga practice has taught her to become both strong and steady, kind and assertive, and most importantly, truly herself. Teaching yoga has proven to be the best gift; as it allows her to share her love for yoga, create one-of-a kind yoga classes, and help her students deepen their mind-body connections. Melissa's greatest joy in life is being a mom to her three amazing kids.

Rachel has undergone rigorous training and has been certified as a boxing instructor by George Foreman III through his Boston-based, EVERYBODYFIGHTS Fighter program. She has been working and training alongside group-exercise industry leaders to grow and develop her skillset in large and small group training. She strongly believes in the power of boxing for mental and physical empowerment, intensive cardio-vascular training, as well as an incredible stress-relief tool.
Originally from the UK, Rachel is an ex-elite level rower, an active gym-goer and has been working with a highly successful and dynamic CPT for over five years. As such, she brings a wealth of movement knowledge and creative ideas to True Mind + Body
